You agree not to:
Important: Conduit is for personal and professional subscription tracking. It is not a financial advisor or bank.
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it. Use a strong, unique password and enable 2FA.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
Free plan: Users pay nothing.
Pro subscribers: Billed in advance, monthly or annually as selected. Prices are listed in USD.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings — your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Refunds: We offer a pro-rated refund within 7 days of a new annual subscription if you haven't used Pro features extensively. Contact [email protected].
Price changes: Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Price changes don't apply to your current billing period.
Your data belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of anything you enter into Conduit. You can export and delete your data at any time.

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in San Francisco, CA.
We'll notify you by email and in-app at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
